Registration
The cost of tuition is determined by several things. Below is a breakdown of both the tuition fees and the anticipated costs of other materials. Please see the Studio Policy for more information regarding these areas.
Lesson length/tuition is determined by the student’s age, level, and goals for the year. Tuition fees are as follows*:
- 30 minute lesson - $112/month
- 45 minute lesson - $168/month
- 1 hour lesson - $224/month
- 1 ½ hour lesson - $336/month
There is an additional prize system fee of $30 per student, to be paid at the beginning of the enrolled year.
Music book costs will be individual to each student, but students will require a minimum of 3 lesson books. The approximate cost per book is $15.
Students will also be required to pay the fee for their RCM Practical Piano Examination. This is payable by credit card at the time of registration. Please see the Royal Conservatory of Music’s website for anticipated exam registration fees. (Link)
Students also participate in the Qu’Appelle Valley District Music Festival each year. Fees are $10 per entry, to be paid at the time of entry. Students will enter a minimum of 2 pieces.
